Do I get to keep any unedited photos?
No. The client will receive high-resolution edited digital images (JPG files) only. No RAW files or unedited images will not be given under any circumstance. Should you require more images than what is included in your package, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional images from your selection sheet.
Do you travel outside of Dubai?
Yes. I do travel internationally for photo shoots and all travel expenses and accommodation will be quoted separately. All flights and hotel booking fees will be due on acceptance of the quotation. Applicable visa to be arranged by client.
How long after the photo shoot does it take to receive the images?
10 Business days. After your photoshoot you will receive an online selection sheet for you to select your favourite images for post production. High-resolution digital images JPEG will be delivered via digital download within 10 business days, once the final online selection has been made by the client.
Do I get to select my own images?
Yes. After the photo shoot you will receive an online selection sheet. By entering your email you will be able to start creating your own favorites list.
Do I need to pay any booking fee to secure a photo shoot date?
Yes. A 50% booking fee is required on the acceptance of the quotation to secure your date.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
The initial 50% booking fee is non refundable and 100% is due if the dates is cancelled with 48 hours of the shoot. Should the date need to be rescheduled, the booking fee will be retained and used for the up and coming shoot. Provided the new shoot date is within 30 days. A shoot can only be moved once.
Do you offer customized packages?
Yes. I do offer customized packages and always try to be as accommodating as possible. Please enquiry should you require a customized package.
How long in advance do I need to book?
Preferably between four and two weeks in advance. But I also do understand last minute opportunities occur and I always try my best to accommodated last minute enquiries and if I have availability, I'm more than happy to assist.
How many locations can we cover in a day?
One location per half day booking and maximum two locations for a full day.

What is the delivery policy?
Photographic Prints are custom printed to order. For UAE, for unframed fine art prints please allow 7 business days delivery and 14 days delivery for framed fine art prints.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available on request please contact info@nateleecocks.com for a customized shipping quotation.
How do I care for my fine art print?
These fine art prints are designed for indoor use and should avoid from direct sunlight.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Every product sold is “made to order” which means it has been specially made just for you. Accordingly, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. We are also unable to make any changes or cancelations to orders 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. All prints are quality checked before they are sent out, but on a rare occasion they might get damaged during delivery. If a print arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of damage including images of packaging to info@nateleecocks.com
What if the item is defective?
All of our prints and frames are carefully checked before we securely wrap them up for shipping. In the unlikely event that you feel that you have received a defect print. Please take detailed and clear images of the area in question and send them to info@nateleecocks.com. The defect will be checked and if it is in fact a defect and not part of the artwork, a replacement will be delivered ASAP. The defect print will be collected. See Delivery policy for timings
Installation
The small and medium framed prints will come with a double string at the back and can be hung as normal. The large framed print has two hanging eyes at the back and needs to be secured by two screws (one for each eye) due to the weight of the glass. Please use appropriate fixings for the type of wall you will be hanging the prints on. If unsure seek the advice from a professional handyman or experienced maintenance person.
