At Natelee Cocks, we are proud of our commitment to providing excellent customer service. Our photographic prints are custom printed to order and we offer a range of delivery and shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition and at the earliest opportunity.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

As our customer photographic comes in two options: Framed and Unframed.

Hence, unframed products will be delivered within 7 days, while framed prints will be delivered within 14 days. 

The delivery & shipping charges are on the house for customers in UAE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available on request. Please contact info@nateleecocks.com for a customized shipping quotation.

DELIVERY

ORDERED BY MISTAKE

If you have ordered a product by mistake, don’t hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@nateleecocks.com. Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

DAMAGED PRODUCT ARRIVED

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please get in touch with us within 24 hours. We would also need a clear image of the damage and the packaging.to share the image contact us at the email id info@nateleecocks.com. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
