Cocktail Bar Perlage
Perlage’s name is inspired by the French term for effervescent bubbles rising to the surface in a champagne glass. Founder Natasha Sideris said she envisioned a space that would exude elegance and edge as part of her vision.
Sideris said of the new concept: “The space is the most beautiful colour of red, and everything within it has been thoughtfully considered – the cocktails, the menus, the uniforms, the lighting and the music.”
A decadent escape to disco nostalgia and opulent elegance.
Perlage’s menu features a range of cocktails, including Bubble of Joy, a blend of Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, sloe gin, crème de cassis, tonka bean, and vetiver.
The menu extends beyond champagne-based drinks, with the it also featuring options carbonated with various beverages such as the How ’bout Them Appleswhich blends bison grass vodka, black cardamom, and pomme soda.
Graceful curves and contrasting details define the space, with shades of rouge and silver accents. Disco balls suspended from the center of the ceiling add a touch of glamour, while the bartenders’ urban street-inspired look further accentuates the venue’s edgy vibe.
There are also mirrors covering the walls, with murals at the entrance corridors including a mirrored backdrop behind the bar.
Sideris added: “The bespoke art that we had made takes it to another level. It reminds me of the kind of place that would have been perfect for a Rolling Stones after-party. Perlage is such an exciting addition to our bar portfolio and we can’t wait to welcome our guests.”
