La Méditerranée Robuchon at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is a luxurious French seafood restaurant inspired by the Mediterranean, where guests are immersed in a space of bohemian elegance and the fantastical sea.

Freshness is key to the restaurant, from the ingredients served to the space guests dine—transporting them into a space of unexpected delight.
As guests enter, a display of fresh seafood on ice with live lobsters in the aquarium below, lets guests select their choices before the chef takes them away for preparation. Guests can see their food being prepared from the moment they arrive, allowing them to participate in the theatre of the restaurant. The back bar showcases a full range of wines, oils, and limited liquors.

The main dining room recalls scenes from the sea. Banquettes call to mind ocean coral, with organic forms avoiding anything linear. A range of bespoke dining and bar stools draw on shell forms, upholstered in coral reds and shades of teal.
