Siro Hotel
Kerzner International has officially launched SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, the first hotel for new fitness- and wellness-focused lifestyle brand SIRO.
Designed by Kerzner’s in-house team in collaboration with LW Design Group, SIRO One Za’abeel offers a guest journey focused on fitness and recovery with the integration of innovative technology and wellness expertise.
The hotel features soundproof guestrooms equipped with recovery equipment, a stretching bar, and smart curtains that are synced with guests’ circadian rhythms and adapt to natural light to ensure a restorative sleep.
The palette in the rooms was kept minimal—with wooden paneling, marble flooring, and backlit glass that creates a serene atmosphere. In lieu of a television, each room is equipped with a projector that can stream life-size fitness classes on the opposite wall.
Additionally, the hotel features six fitness suites complete a separate living room and personal gym with a kinesis machine, punching bags, treadmill, free weights, and more.
SIRO boasts more than 10,700 square feet of public space designed for flexible fitness programs and group movement classes. Here, the design—ranging from dark rooms intended for workouts to light studios for mindfulness and relaxation—exudes a dynamic energy that inspires guests to train.
The hotel also features a recovery lab that houses a yoga studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, a pilates room, steam rooms, infrared saunas, cold plunge pools, relaxation areas, and zen spaces. Recovery treatments—such as IV therapy, sound therapy, cryotherapy, assisted stretching, myofascial cupping, and dry needling—are also available in specialized rooms.
