Studio Frantzén Dubai is a take on French/Asian gastronomy infused with Nordic influence, designed to be served in a modern Scandinavian setting of effortless luxury.
The large à la carte menu is characterized by distinctive flavors and preparations – with texturized, refined cooking, emphasizing the pure ingredients, something Björn Frantzén is known for.
The service style is always present, never pretentious. The music we play is also carefully curated to create the perfect upbeat energy. The Studio Frantzén concept includes a Nordic-oriented bar program, with signature cocktails and a spirit list with Nordic ingredients and spirits.

The place is designed by Bishop Design. Located within the iconic Atlantis The Palm, FZN offers an exclusive, immersive dining experience like no other. With just 27 seats, centered around its open kitchen, this intimate venue places guests at the heart of the culinary action, where they can watch world-class chefs craft exceptional dishes right before their eyes. The venue’s luxurious setting within one of Dubai’s most prestigious landmarks adds an extra layer of sophistication, making each meal not just a dining experience but a journey into the art of fine cuisine.
The space’s artistic elements are a vital part of the design. Carefully selected pieces from Four Seasons Ramesh Gallery and Four Art Studio are displayed throughout the restaurant, acting as more than just decor. These bespoke artworks create an atmosphere that speaks to Frantzen’s sophisticated and contemporary style, reflecting the beauty and creativity that his food embodies.
While the restaurant shares the same level of sophistication and luxury that defines Atlantis, it stands apart with a design that focuses on intimacy and sensory indulgence.
