York Ville Project

“As you may be aware by now, Cest ici is often focused on the lighter and neutral color palette. To that said, we are not afraid of the POP effect.

When used in the right way, it can give a definition to a whole space. Initially, our plan was to stick to the creme version of the ROLY POLY’s iconic chairs. It was just during the procurement stage that we decided to change it around to red lipstick. Once the client was onboard, we were excited for this arrival.

Creating this living room, was a process and collaboration with all our amazing suppliers. The defining factor was simply the togetherness of all our team effort. Inspirations from Eyeswoonand Kelly Wearstler were on top of our list! Have a peek at every corner of this gem.

Transforming your home is a process that needs digestion from all fronts, the togetherness does not happen from day to night.

Yorkville Project look and feel envisioned for this family oriented villa was very modern and warm scheme that evokes a sense of togetherness. A palette of natural materials and deliberately placed accent colors works the aesthetic quotient.

Slightly industrial, beautifully classic and totally on trend, these steel-framed doors are fast making their way to the top of many of our clients wish list.

We have always been excited to tell the design process and imperfection around that final result. Hello to the pillar chairs, that we changed three times before reaching this set! Ahh… but of course things happen. Originally Matt charcoal black was our chosen palette, from design to procurement the client had a change of hearts and change it to velvet pastel beige.

Velvet is tricky and it just gave the wrong shade to the setting. While it didn’t look wrong, black was the color of this area. Acceptance was not an option, so our friends from The Line Concept changed them around again.

The surrounding of this space was focused on comfort and that touch of A Z U L. While our signature base was on the neutral colors – that pop of color was visible enough to give character to the rooms! Focused on bespoke pieces and market pieces, we created a unique look and feel that looks just like home.”
